He is the President that is activating military force in his own country
for domestic suppression purposes. If he had, had Putin's power no one
would be claiming that he would be any type of person that should get
the Nobel Peace prize. The only thing that has kept him partially

Only 75% of Americans oppose the US taking control of Greenland. Can
there be 25% of the population that would agree to attack a NATO ally?
Other NATO countries are sending military units to Greenland. If we did
try to take Greenland by force we would be bound to defend Greenland
against such aggressions (we would be bound to resist our own
aggression), and the other NATO countries would be in the same position
come in against us.
Putin has had some hold over Trump since his first administration, and
Trump has basically been doing Putin's political bidding in Europe.
Ukraine has recently been Trump doing Putin's bidding. The Russians
tried to get Trump elected. Trump tried his best to disrupt NATO during
his first administration, but it backfired and seems to have only made
the NATO alliance less dependent on the US. His Greenland ambitions
would destroy NATO as something that the US could depend on to support
it's miltary endeavors (Denmark sent troops in support of US wars in
Iraq and Afganistan).
My take is that there should be an investigation about Russian influence
in Trump's stupidity. Since Norway has been a long time ally of Denmark
if Trump does take Greenland he would be kissing any peace prize
ambitions good bye. This would seem to indicate that Trump's Greenland ambitions have been forced onto him against Trump's will.
